It’s a different kind of Christmas for our family, ‘cause there’s no reunion with the Gonzales’ at our ancestral house in Cubao this year. For some reason, my mom and her siblings weren’t able to come up with an arrangement for the party. It was kinda sad for me because I wasn’t able to see my grandmother, aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews (my cousins’ kids). On the brighter side, though, it was a more intimate celebration of Christmas. Plus, it was also my sister’s (Ate Jo) advanced treat for her birthday! :)

So, we dined in a Singaporean restaurant in Serendra, Wee Nam Kee.
Hainanese Chicken!!

Steamed,

or roasted? I like both! :D~

Baby Kai Lan and Wee Nam Kee Fried Rice

Honey Crispy Squid and rolls

I forgot what this crab dish is called, but it’s the yummiest of all! :D~

Beef with Broccoli
Every dish reminded me of our Singapore trip last 2008. I miss SG already! I gotta go back soon! ;)
